This is a perfect winter spot with a million dollar view. This little 500 sq ft bungalo was just remodeled and ready for winter guests. It is a 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bath, living room with sleep sofa, and kitchen with private entrance and carpot. The bathroom is handicapped accessible. We are located 20 minutes frim Crystal River and 30 minutes from Ocala. You have access to a large deck overlooking the canal to the Witlacoochee River and 2 kayaks at the dock. The road dead ends into our driveway so will have no traffic in front of the house. This is a very quiet neighborhood made up of mostly retired.

Summary: This was a charming, clean cottage next to a secluded part of the river. Every day, a pair of sandhill cranes would visit. The dock was a lovely place to sit and nature watch. Our host was always helpful and warm.
